A solvent and water free, epoxy resin, liquid applied surface damp proof membrane. Designed to withstand moisture vapour from substrates. Allows immediate installation of moisture sensitive floor finishes onto concrete and cementitious screeds which have a moisture content of up to 85% relative humidity. Two coat moisture suppressant, to be supplied and laid on a sound shot blast and vacuum cleaner in situ concrete slab (not exceeding 85% relative humidity).
